Highland Dancing

The Dancing competitions are a popular focal point at the Games, often drawing a large crowd around the dancing platform.

Arisaig Highland Games feature an open highland dancing competition, along with events for local dancers. Arisaig Games are not affiliated with either the SOBHD or the SOHDA. Any queries regarding our dancing competitions & eligibility can be directed to our dancing steward:

The dancing competitions usually start around 1pm, with registration of competitors taking place shortly before at the dancing platform.
