Arisaig Partners help the Games buy new tents

Arisaig Games has bought three new tents over the winter thanks to substantial funding received from Arisaig Partners.

The tents which are 40' x 20', 30' x 20', and 20' x 10'  will add enormously to the Games' capacity to hold a wider range of events, as well as to cut revenue costs. Fraser MacDougall, Arisaig Games Treasurer, was wearing a big smile when he confirmed the deal from the Arisaig Foundation. "Although tent costs haven't increased in the same way that other costs have in recent years, this will be very important in allowing us to tackle our overall costs, some of which are increasing at a frightening rate."

The two larger tents will take up duties previously covered by hired tents, and the smaller one will be used for dancers changing areas. And with Pas de Bas increasing with the Boisdale Prize this year joining the An Tilleadh event on 'heritage hill'.
